1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bumpify mobile application or visiting www.bumpify-planner.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are operated by Lital Entin ("we", "our", or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Bumpify. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Bumpify is a pregnancy and early parenthood planning application that helps users:
- Organize appointments, tests, and events
- Manage tasks and to-do lists related to pregnancy
- Create and store personal notes and photos
- Share responsibilities with a partner
- Track important dates and milestones
Bumpify is a planning and organizational tool only. It is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Free and Premium Plans: Bumpify offers a free tier with access to core features. A premium subscription plan will be available in the future, providing access to additional features and enhanced functionality.
3. User Accounts
To use Bumpify, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bumpify to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Bumpify is a personal planning and organizational tool. The content and features within Bumpify are for informational and organizational purposes only.
Bumpify does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions or concerns.
6. User Content & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create within Bumpify, including notes, photos, events, and any other personal data you enter ("User Content").
By using Bumpify, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and back up your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
We will never use your User Content - including your notes, photos, or personal information - for marketing, advertising, or AI/machine learning training without your explicit prior permission. If we ever wish to do so, we will contact you directly and ask for your consent. You are free to decline.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you upload to Bumpify.
7. Privacy
Your use of Bumpify is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Bumpify app, including its design, logo, features, and content is owned by Lital Entin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Availability and Updates
We strive to keep Bumpify available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or update features without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bumpify, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of the app.
The Bumpify app and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Bumpify does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.
In no event shall Bumpify's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₪100 - whichever is greater.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Bumpify is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice.
The content available through Bumpify - including event reminders, notes, timelines, and any other information - is intended for organizational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy, postpartum health, or any other medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in Bumpify.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
12. Termination
Termination by Bumpify
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. We operate a two-strike policy:
- First violation: You will receive a warning email with a link to review and re-accept the Terms of Service. Your account remains active while you take action.
- Second violation: Your account will be permanently terminated without further notice.
In cases of serious violations - including illegal activity, abuse, or security threats - we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without a prior warning.
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your data will be retained for 90 days for security and administrative purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. User Conduct
By using Bumpify, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload, post, or share content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the app or its servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam without our prior written permission
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users of the platform
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account in accordance with our Termination policy above.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Bumpify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
If you are accessing Bumpify from outside Israel, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
15. Subscription & Payment Terms
Premium Subscription for Users
- Subscription price: ₪19 per month.
- Free trial: First 2 months at no cost - for new accounts only.
- The free trial is one-time only. Cancelling forfeits eligibility permanently.
- Cancellation takes effect within 2 business days.
Provider Registration
- Available plans: Basic (₪179/month), Pro (₪339/month), Premium (₪489/month).
- Free trial includes BASIC plan only for 2 months.
- PRO and PREMIUM plans are not included in the trial and require payment from day one.
- The trial is one-time only - providers who cancel are not eligible for another trial.
- Bumpify reserves the right to reject re-registration from providers who already received a trial.
- Cancellation takes effect within 2 business days.
- Bumpify reserves the right to change prices with 14 business days advance notice via email.
Top Placement
- Top Placement is available to all providers including during the trial - ₪39/day, ₪239/week.
- Available once every 2 months per provider.
- Top Placement is a separate paid service not included in the free trial.
